Refund policy
Heavenly Fudge is confident that you will enjoy our products. Heavenly Fudge strive to deliver products to our customers in premium condition. If the product is found to be faulty we will replace the product or refund the full purchase price (excluding delivery) as soon as possible.
We are unable to accept liability for products damaged in transit, please contact us in the event your product does not meet you in a satisfactory condition.
We will not refund on a “change of mind” basis.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
