Shipping policy

Delivery times

Heavenly Fudge aims to ship your fudge within 2-3 days of receiving your order, with overnight delivery. Rural delivery services can take approximately 3 additional days.

Please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery after a public holiday, as this covers busier times with the courier companies.

* Please note we cannot courier to PO Box addresses so please provide a physical address for delivery.

Our standard delivery service

We use GoSweetSpot, which normally means NZ Post, to deliver our orders. 

Our standard delivery service does NOT require a signature on delivery.

Notes in your delivery instructions may or may not be followed by the courier, I am sorry we cannot guarantee that instructions will be followed to the letter. In particular our courier will not call in advance to arrange delivery at a specific time.

Shipping charges

Our standard shipping charge nationwide (New Zealand) is $8.00 or $10.50 for rural delivery – unfortunately we must pass on the additional charge that we are charged for delivering to rural delivery addresses.

A tracking # is available on request. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of ordering, please contact us either by email admin@heavenlyfudge.co.nz or phone 0272086300.
